MEAT TECH Consulting was founded in 2025 by Harald Weide.
We are your independent partner for efficient project management, technical optimization, and maintenance in the slaughtering industry. With many years of experience and in-depth industry knowledge, we support companies in making their production processes future-proof and cost-effective.
Our focus is on practical, customized solutions – from predictive maintenance and the optimization of existing systems to the technical planning of modifications and expansions. With over 30 years of experience in the slaughtering industry, I understand the challenges companies face every day – from technical issues and maintenance requirements to complex system modifications and optimization processes.
My career has taken me from machine fitter to roles in service, spare parts, and sales, eventually leading to sales management. In these positions, I have advised customers around the world, planned systems, and developed customized solutions. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the entire value chain – and of how vital practical, cost-effective, and independent consulting is for companies.
